Gartner Courses

Most training is offered in one or more of three formats. Check the minimum computer requirements for the format/delivery method before accessing a specific course.

• CBT (Computer-Based Training) courses include concepts, steps and practice (step-by-step).  Delivery methods:
• web-based, on the UF/Gartner Enterprise Learning Center (ELC)
• CD-ROM, on the UF Software CD
• downloadable, from the UF/Gartner FTP site for installation on a PC hard drive.
• VHS tapes, available in May 1998 for check out from campus libraries.
• MM (Multi-Media) which include video delivered on CD ROMs. This format will be available at the Faculty Support Center in May 1998.  Contact your College Facilitator for college or unit availability.
